- Membership is for one full year 1st April 2024 – 31st March 2025
- Subscriptions are due on 1st April 2024
- A £10 discount will apply for subscriptions paid before 1st April 2024 for Adult Individual, Adult Joint and Family categories only

Safeguarding
We recommend that all members make themselves familiar with our Safeguarding Policy, a copy of which is also available on the clubhouse notice board.
Occasionally, we may take publicity photographs for the local press which include members’ faces. Please notify the Membership Secretary at membershipsecretary236@gmail.com if you do not want any publicity photographs taken of you or any member of your family.
Memberships
Adult Coaching Only 2024/25

Play only permitted when being coached by a registered club coach. Not eligible to use the courts at any other times.
Adult Joint 2024/25

Full membership for 2 adults living at the same address. Both must be 18 years of age at beginning of April 2024. Eligible to play in club matches, club tournaments and vote at Annual or Extraordinary General Meetings.
Eligibility: Must be 2 people both living at the same address and aged at least 18 at the beginning of April 2024.
Up to 2 members
Family 2024/25
01/04/2024 - 31/03/2025
2 adults and children in full-time education.
Eligibility: Must be 2 adults and children in full-time education.
Up to 4 members
Individual Adult 2024/25
01/04/2024 - 31/03/2025
Full membership from 18 years of age at beginning of April 2024. Eligible to play in club matches, club tournaments and vote at Annual or Extraordinary General Meetings.
Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age at the beginning of April 2024.
Junior 2024/25

Secondary school aged children (11-18 years on August 31st 2024). All Juniors attending coaching sessions must also pay this subscription.
Eligibility: Secondary school aged children, aged 11-18 years on August 31st 2024.
Mini 2024/25

All children attending primary school (11 and under on August 31st 2024). All Minis attending coaching sessions must also pay this subscription.

Parent Player (with Mini members only) 2024/25

For parents who only wish to play with their children. Not eligible to play in club matches, club tournaments or vote at Annual or Extraordinary General Meetings.
Student 2024/25

19+ at the beginning of April 2024. Eligible to play in club matches and tournaments. Not eligible to vote at Annual or Extraordinary General Meetings Full time students only. Student Card Number required.
Eligibility: Must be 19+ at the beginning of April 2024.
