COACHING COURSES

• If you are absent you will not receive a credit.
• Payments are non-refundable.

PRIVATE COACHING

• All private coaching should be arranged through the Head Coach, Rich Douglas. Private coaching is a great way to work on specific areas of your game, both technically and tactically.

HOLIDAY CAMPS

• Payment...
• To ensure your child's place on the holiday camps please book in advance.
• It is highly unlikely that holiday camps will be cancelled due to the weather. However, you will be given a minimum of 1 hour's notice via email or text if we are forced to cancel.

WET WEATHER

• The coach will decide if the lesson will go ahead or not, depending on the conditions. 
• If we have to cancel, you will be given a minimum of 1 hour's notice via email or text.
• Should the coach decide it's safe for the lesson to go ahead, you will not receive a credit if you choose not to attend.
• If the lesson is cancelled, you will be offered a make up lesson. All make up lessons can only be made in the current term. If you are unable to attend a make up lesson you will be offered a credit for holiday camps or the following coaching course.
