Players of all abilities are welcome to join SPTC. A friendly, inclusive and forward thinking club offering a wide range of tennis activities and facilities to suit all ages. Membership runs on an annual basis from 1st April to 31st March. We have Adult, Family, Student, Junior and Playing Parent membership rates and aim to keep our joining fees affordable and competitive with other similar local tennis clubs. 
Inclusive & Accessible:  SPTC aims to be as inclusive and accessible as possible. Please let us know if you have any specific requirements and we wil make every endeavour to provide them.

We recommend all members are also members of British Tennis Membership. This costs nothing and only members of BTM are entitled to go into the draw for Wimbledon tickets!

What regular playing opportunities are on offer for Members?

• Club sessions every Thursday at 6pm and Saturday at 2pm - a chance to catch up with friends for some exercise, competition and (sometimes) cake! 
• On the first Saturday of each month, Stepping Stones - an hour of open play at 1pm for members (and non-members) all abilities welcome. 
• Every third Saturday of the month through the summer season, there is a 'friendly' tournament open to adult members of all abilities with different rules each time, run by volunteer committee members and (always) with cake!
• Option to join WhatsApp group/s to receive updates about club sessions, tournaments and social tennis.
• Free use of courts, access to Clubhouse, tennis balls and equipment.

• If competitive tennis is more your thing, SPTC have women’s, men’s and mixed teams in all divisions of the Yeovil & District Tennis leagues - check out how they progressing each season here
