The objective of the meetings is for 2-way dialogue, to present in a structured and informal way, what we do and how we do it, and learn what clubs want from the county. SLTA will :
- Present the strategy and the county operational activities
- Give an overview of finances and where they are spent
- Provide an insight into the activities of the sub committees: Governance, Finance, Participation, Performance, Competition, Promotion
- Open the meeting for discussion and feedback from the clubs on their requirements and needs
2 club committee officials from each club are invited to attend any venue they wish.
