How to apply for tennis concession for Southwark Tennis.

There are Concession pricing for other eligible Southwark residents, these are for people:

• in receipt of Universal Credit.
• residents over 60 years of age.
• full-time students.
• registered carers.
• employees of uniform services (police, fire service, NHS, armed forces).

Step 1 Register for Southwark ClubSpark free membership. Information on how to register for Southwark Tennis ClubSpark click here.

Step 2 Once you have registered with ClubSpark/LTA, please go to membership page and at the bottom of the page is Southwark registration, please press the join button and follow the instruction and fill out the membership.  This will ensure you are a Tennis in Southwarks member, and your profile is connected to the Tennis in Southwark. This will help us to locate your account/profile quicker and enable us to apply the concessions to your membership/ account/ profile on ClubSpark.

Step 3 Email the Sports Team sports@southwark.gov.uk  with proof of eligibility with a digital image of the proof for the concession you are applying for (see above list), and your court booking details.

Step 4 Once we have approved the concession, we will let you know, and you will be able to book a tennis court with the concessions rate.

In receipt of Universal Credit

• Resident of Southwark Borough
• Universal Credit Statement dated within the last 3 months.

60+ and a resident of Southwark Borough

• Passport
• Bus Pass
• Driving Licence
• Freedom Pass

Students in full time education (include out of borough)

• In date Student ID/ NUS card
• Letter from school/college/university issued within last 6 months.

Emergency services (NHS, police force or fire department – include out of borough)

• ID card
• Blue Light Card

Armed forces (include out of borough)

• ID Card
• Payslip
