Free Play
How to apply for Southwark Tennis Free Play Membership for an adult with a registered disability.
After providing proof of eligibility users can make a daily booking of 30 minutes without charge.
Step 1 Register for Southwark ClubSpark free membership. Information on how to register for Southwark Tennis ClubSpark click here.
Step 2 Once you have registered with ClubSpark/LTA, please go to membership page and at the bottom of the page is Southwark registration, please press the join button and follow the instruction and fill out the membership. This will ensure you are a Tennis in Southwarks member, and your profile is connected to the Tennis in Southwark. This will help us to locate your account/profile quicker and enable us to apply the Free Play to your membership/ account/ profile on ClubSpark.
Step 3 Email the Sports Team sports@southwark.gov.uk with proof of eligibility with a digital image of the proof for the Free Play you are applying for (see above list), and your court booking details.
Step 4 Email the Sports Team sports@southwark.gov.uk proof of eligibility with a digital image of the proof for Free Play Membership for adults with a disability.
Step 5 Once we have approved the Free Play Tennis for adults, we will let you know, and you will be able to book a 30-minute free tennis court.
Proof of eligibility

| Receive Personal Independence Payment (PIP) | A copy of your award letter |
| Receive Attendance Allowance | A copy of your award letter |
| Are registered hearing impairment or deaf and as using a hearing aid | A copy of your Certificate of your NHS battery book or a copy of your dispensing prescription from a private hearing aid supplier |
| Are registered as having a visual impairment | A copy of your Certificate of Visual Impairment (CVI) or BD8 certificate for being registered blind or partially sighted |
| Blue Badge parking permit holder | A copy of your award letter or blue badge parking permit |
