Following the recent Government and LTA advice, the Committee are delighted to announce that from Wednesday 2nd December the tennis courts will once again be available for singles and doubles play under the same regulations as before the latest lockdown. The same rules for use of the courts as we announced earlier still apply and all bookings must be made via our online booking system for the tennis courts. 

       With regard to our new floodlights, I am pleased to announce that work is planned to commence on installing LED Floodlights on all four courts on  Monday 7th December. This is a provisional date and is weather dependant. The work should last 2-3 days and its possible we may be able to keep a couple of courts open whilst the work takes place. We will send further emails out to members and place information on the website (www.alsagertennis.co.uk) about court closures as soon as we know. The Committee apologise if anyone turns for a court booking and finds their court closed but due to the time of year and nature of the work, closures will take place at short notice. Once the new floodlights are complete there will no change for their use. Enjoy the resumption of tennis.
