Pay and Play


 

Alsager Tennis Club is pleased to offer Court 4 to non tennis members to book through Pay & Play. The court is available from 1pm to 3pm every day for online bookings.

 

1. Pay and Play is charged at £15 per hour, per court. 

2. You can only make one booking a day, with the total number of court hours booked not exceeding 2 hours in a single day. This could be; 

  • 1 x 2 hour booking 
  • 1 x 1 hour booking 

 

How to book a court.

  • View the court availability for court 4. If you use a phone/tablet you need to scroll to the right to view the courts.
  • Choose the day and time you wish to book.
  • Register/sign in to ClubSpark.
  • Pay the booking fee as instructed and confirm your booking.
  • Pay using a Credit or Debit card.
  • You will receive a confirmation email confirming your booking with a 4 digit PIN for the gate access.
  • You can view your bookings using the confirmation email link and cancel any bookings up to 2 hours before the start time for a full refund.
  • Unfortunately no refund can be given if the cancellation is less than 2 hours before the start time.

 

Things you need to know: 
 

  • You will need to bring your own racquets and balls.
  • You must wear suitable footwear (non-marking sports shoes).
  • Ensure you play on court 4 nearest to the gate entry.
  • Children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Terms

  • The 2 hour refund window is the time before the booking takes place when refunds will no longer be given automatically for cancelled bookings. For example if the refund window is set to 2 hours, a booking taking place at 3pm will only receive a refund automatically up until 1pm on the day of the booking.
  • All players are required to register through the ClubSpark system or LTA Rally and book a court before playing. 
  • Parents and guardians take full responsibility for the welfare, security and supervision of their children who are aged 13 and under when they are on the tennis courts. 
  • Players aged 13 and under must be supervised at all times by a parent or guardian when at the tennis courts.
  • Any players found trying to access or using the courts when they are closed will have their bookings cancelled without refund. 
  • For any type of court closures (works, damage, lockdown) Pay and Play bookings must cancel their own bookings before the refund window closes, which is 2 hrs before your booking start time.
  • Refunds can take 5 to 10 working days to show in your account from stripe, if on the 11th working day the refund does not show in your account please email so we can investigate.
