Missing tennis and feeling a little sluggish? Join Mike for a fun, medium to high intensity HITS tennis fitness class.
It’s fun, aerobic and with lots of tennis drills to practise in your own home.
Wednesdays and Fridays at 10am (currently until 8 May 2020).
All fitness levels - all exercises can be modified
