Bar Opening Hours

We now have to implement new opening hours for the bar as follows:

• 9:15pm - outside patio will begin to be cleared
• 9:30pm - last orders at the bar
• 9:45pm - bar shutters closed
• 10:00pm - all glasses, including unfinished drinks, must be back behind the bar

Maximum number of people in the clubhouse

By law we are now required to have a maximum of 39 people within the clubhouse at anyone time. This will be monitored by the bar staff and if too many people are inside the clubhouse please remain outside. There will be an ordering point outside.

Ordering from the bar

Moving forward it will no longer be possible to order from the bar and we will be running table service only. We are currently upgrading our till system and it will shortly be possible to order and pay via an app on your phone. Until then please remain seated and a member of the bar will come up to your table to take your order.

Inside the clubhouse

When you are inside, unless you are using the facilities, you must remain seated in groups of no more than 6 people with clear distance between the tables. Please do not move the chairs or tables within the clubhouse. 

Face coverings

Moving forward face masks or face coverings must be worn at all times when inside the clubhouse unless you are eating or drinking. Please make sure that you have a suitable face covering when attending the club. 

Please sign up to Track and Trace via the NHS QR code provided

It is a legal requirement that all members and any guests must sign up to Track and Trace via the QR code provided at the club. This applies every time that you enter the club. Data is held for 21 days and is used solely for track and trace. 

It is important that we carefully follow the law as laid out by the government and will be carefully monitored by the Local Authorities and the Police. The club is liable to be fined if there are breaches of the requirements and we do not want the club to suffer because of the actions of a few.
