Cardio Tennis

Cardio Tennis is a great way to keep you fit and healthy, challenging your body and burning some calories (600+ in 60 minutes)

It's a fun, sociable group fitness class set on a tennis court with upbeat music to help keep you motivated.

Whether you're a budding tennis player, or new to the game, you'll find it a great cardio workout, maybe honing a few tennis skills along the way!

Sessions:

Monday 6 pm - 7pm and 8.30pm-9.30pm

Thursday 7.30pm-8.30pm
