Procedure:

• Use the Book page to select Date & Time; either 60, 90 or 120 minutes.

             - Book Court 3 (far court) for either Tennis or Pickleball all year

             - Book Floodlit Court 2 (middle court) for Tennis

                (1st Oct to 31st Mar) from 3 - 7pm.

• You will then be requested to login (first-time bookers will need to register with your email address and then login). LTA  Advantage account holders can log in directly.
• Complete your online payment of the court fee by credit/debit card. The Fee is £8 per hour.
• You will then receive a Booking Confirmation email with instructions on how to obtain the CODE for the Pay & Play access gate plus an email receipt for your payment.

Court Access:

Floodlight Use:

The additional charge for floodlights is £5/hour. This in addition to the normal £8/hour Pay & Play court booking fee.

Having booked your Pay & Play session on court 2 in the usual way you then need to make the additional floodlight payment at the start of your booked time slot using the Contactless Payment Machine (CPM), adjacent to the court 1 gate. The CPM accepts debit/credit card and smartphone (Apple Pay / Google Pay) payments

Note that: Paid periods accumulate, so four 30 minute payments will give 2 hours light. You can spread the cost amongst the players. 

If your Pay & Play booked session is completely RAINED OFF then you may email: info@fernhursttennisclub.org.uk to request a rescheduled booking at no additional cost.

If booking for Pickleball 

• You will see that Pickleball nets are stored alongside the east fence. These can be simply relocated onto the pickleball court markings to play. Please return the net to the east fence when you have finished play - handle with care!
• Pickleball paddles (bats) and balls are available (in a small courtside storage box) for players' use.  Please return them to the box after play.

Please note: Court users must be prepared to show ID / booking confirmation, if requested.

The Club's membership fees are very reasonable compared with other local clubs and it is hoped that non-members will want to join the Club.  New members of all standards  are very welcome and a free Club session / roll up as a taster is available to all potential members.
