There is a £2 fee due from each player per match played in the East Hants Tennis League.

The match fee was introduced in September 2024. It is applicable for home and away league games.

Team captains are to keep a record of their team’s players and inform individuals toward the end of the season of the number of matches each have played. Individuals might want to monitor their play anyway.

The individual player is responsible for paying the match fee. Payments can be made either monthly or in total at the end of the season:

• Winter League: pay be 20th March (so that the Club accounts can be closed for 31st March.) 
• Summer League: pay by 30th September
