Becoming a member of Fernhurst Tennis Club could not be easier.

Once completed, send it with a cheque made payable to FERNHURST RECREATION GROUND TRUST for the appropriate subscription fee to the Membership Secretary, Charlotte Evans at 63 King Edward VII Apartments, Kings Drive, Midhhurst, GU29 0EX.  You will still need to register with the LTA at some stage to get the Wimbledon ballot entry and on-line booking benefits.

BY JOINING THE CLUB, YOU AGREE ON BEHALF OF YOURSELF AND ANY JUNIOR  FOR WHOM YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE TO ABIDE BY THE RULES AND POLICIES SET OUT IN  THE CLUB RULES SECTION, INCLUDING  SPECIFICALLY  the Court Rules 

WHEN WE GET YOUR APPLICATION.....

Once your membership has been approved, we would like to include you in the activities of the Club, keeping you informed of events, competitions and help you get the most from your membership.  Most of this will  be on the website or set out in emails generated from the website.

For us to do this successfully, we need to know your email address - so please include this in your membership application

Your contact details will be added to the membership list and held securely on the website. All members' details will be visible only to authorised Club officials. Under the terms of the  General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR), in order for your details (for adults only) to be shared, you must positively "Opt In" to this disclosure and, if you do so, they will be included in a separate list of adult members details available to other members (only). The list will be available from the Membership Secretary, on request.

You will get a welcome email with some initial information including the combination number for the padlock to the Courts

Finally and most importantly, we look forward to seeing you on court soon.

GUESTS

Members may invite guests to play but must pay a guest fee of £2 for each guest. The relevant Club member (not the guest) is responsible for paying this promptly to the Treasurer or other Committee Member.

No person may be a guest more than four times in any membership year.  We would love your guests to join us!

Anyone interested in joining is normally welcome to attend a Club session,  a  roll up, without payment to help decide whether they would like to join (but as part of our covid precautions this arrangement has been temporarily suspended).
