THIS PAGE IS FOR NEW MEMBERSHIP APPLICATIONS WHICH CAN BE PURCHASED AT ANY TIME IN THE SEASON

From 1st October each year a pro-rata membership is available for new members wishing to join for the remainder of the season. Please note that the price shown (above the 'Join Now' blue box) is the pro-rata rate and is changed each month.

HOW TO JOIN HTC AS A NEW MEMBER (existing members please go to the Members Page using this link MEMBERS PAGE)

• If you would like to join Haddenham Tennis Club,  please follow the link alongside the relevant category of membership at the foot of this page.  A summary of membership details can be found below.
• You will initially be asked to 'log in with your LTA Advantage Account' or to create one which is free of charge. HTC is part of the ClubSpark (a management and website system set up in conjunction with the LTA specifically for tennis clubs). You may have previously been registered with ClubSpark. As we are an LTA affiliated club with LTA venue registration it is a requirement to register before becoming a member.
• Please familiarise yourself with the HTC Code Of Conduct - go to here
• For Junior memberships (under 18) the registration with LTA/ClubSpark must be by a parent/guardian who will be the 'main contact' for all email communication. The login and booking of courts and courses must be by the registered main contact but no membership is necessary for this person. The membership package can then be purchased for the Mini/Junior player.

SUMMARY DETAILS OF MEMBERSHIP

• HTC Memberships are for the season which starts on the 1st April each year and run through to 31st March of the following year. 
• Categories of membership are detailed fully on the Categories subpage - go to here
• ​​​​Membership of HTC constitutes your acceptance of the HTC Terms & Conditions which can be provided in advance if required or are provided as part of the registration process
• Payment for memberships can be by credit/debit card and activation of your membership is immediate or you can still pay by BACS or cheque which will require manual activation.
• Our subscription rates are very competitive with other similarly sized clubs. We ensure that our three floodlit courts and two mini-courts are well maintained.
• A key is available for members to access to the courts - see Playing Facilities subpage - go to here
• The pavilion is shared with other Haddenham Playing Field users. There are  toilets, a kitchen and a private bar for members. Please familiarise yourself with the Playing Facilities subpage - go to here
• All members are expected to follow the court etiquette as detailed in the Code Of Conduct subpage - go to here
• Use of floodlights, court and pavilion access can be found on the Playing Facilities subpage - go to here
• Courts can be booked for general play with other members however a guest fee is applicable when non-members are invited to play. More information is available on the 'book a court' page - go to here
• Discount is offered to members for coaching, tennis camps and private lessons with Head Coach Blaise.
• From 1st October each year a pro-rata membership is available for any new members wishing to join part-way through the season.
• AGM - our annual general meeting is held in November each year. Minutes are available from the Club Secretary by email request.
