Our first news article on our new website is designed to keep you up to date with our latest news.
Computer System and Website
We have been lucky enough to have had a great bespoke computer system for some time, thanks to the voluntary efforts of our IT specialist, John. However, as technology moves on and we continue to place increasing demands on the software, we have decided it is not fair to John to take up ever more of his time, or sensible for us to rely in this in the long term. We will therefore slowly be moving over to ClubSpark, backed by the LTA. Our huge thanks to John for all the expertise and time he has given us so far, and will continue to do as we transition to the new system.
IN THE MEANTIME, please continue to use the existing website www.kesgravetennisclub.org.uk as normal.
There have been a couple of problems lately, for example:
* logging in
* group emails not being received by everyone
* fobs ceasing to work.
If you do have trouble logging in, try going direct onto a different page than the home page, eg follow this link to go straight to the log in page - http://kesgrave-tennis-club.org.uk/A_Goto.aspx?Goto=A_SignIn.aspx&Return=/Home.aspx%3f
As far as group emails are concerned we may not get to the bottom of this on the old system but hope it will be more robust when we changeover.
If you have a problem with your fob please get in touch with Peter our membership secretary so he can either fix it or arrange for you to get a new one.

New Floodlights
As many of you will know the existing floodlights need to be replaced and we want to help raise money towards the cost. The main point of contact is Lea Denley so please contact her on mobile 07975717712 with any bright (oops!) ideas.
Events - Club Championships
Please keep organising your matches in order that we are ready for Finals Day on Saturday 15th September. Everyone is welcome to attend - players, spectators, supporters etc and we will be having a raffle with some great prizes donated by local businesses. More details will be available nearer the time but keep the date free!
GDPR
We will try and keep contact to the minimum essential until we have a full GDPR policy in place on our new website. In the meantime, we may need to contact you individually to tidy up any information needed for the new system. There is already a GDPR policy on the old website.
