Sign in/up issues

If you have purchased a group package and have received an invite link, you can follow the steps in this help guide if you are struggling to sign up:

If you have created an account using an email address and password and have forgotten your password then you can reset this by following the below steps:

1. Click on the 'forgotten password' option

 

2. Check you email inbox and spam to find the email and click on 'reset password'

 

3. You should be taken to a new webpage where you enter the new password

 

4. Once entered you can then login with these new details
