Directions
From Cockermouth: follow the B5292 down into Lorton and turn left on to church lane. At the end of Church lane turn left at the crossroads and continue up the road for 200m, just after a row of houses turn right into a small gravel parking area.
From Keswick: Continue over Whinlatter pass and turn left into Lorton. Turn left again and follow the road round past the village hall and school. 100m after the school turn left into a small gravel parking area.
