AGMs
The membership of Suffolk LTA consists of the LTA registered venues in Suffolk. Each year an AGM is held at which a report on activities in the previous year is given by the management committee to members; the accounts are discussed; and elections are held.
2024
The provisional date for the AGM is 12 May 2024, to be held online because experience has shown this increases attendance and participation.
2023
The AGM was held on 2023. Here is a copy of the draft minutes, to be approved at the 2024 meeting.
