Full Swing Tennis works across the East Cambridgeshire and West Suffolk area.

Whether it's at clubs, in communities, or within schools our mission is simple: to prioritise fun and enjoyment while empowering players of all ages to achieve their tennis goals.

With mentorship from our experienced senior coach, you'll have the opportunity to grow both personally and professionally. You will be given the freedom and support to explore and run with your own ideas and motivations, with career path opportunities into Head Coach and Managerial roles. Plus the benefit of smart Babolat apparel and equipment.

What You'll Do: Guide players of all ages and levels, from mini tennis to adults, and even cardio tennis sessions. Lead fun-filled mini and junior holiday camps and schools sessions. Build your own client base through individual coaching. Explore opportunities to expand our programme and tennis accessibility in our areas, including disability tennis. Get creative on social media, sharing the excitement of what you are up to.

What We're Looking For: An LTA Level 3 accredited tennis coach (or Level 2 looking to pursue a Level 3 qualification) with experience working with clubs, schools and communities. Someone with genuine enthusiasm for making tennis inclusive and welcoming to all, who leads by example with their tennis skills and positive attitude. They must be able to communicate and connect with players, parents, and club members of all ages as well as the the other coaches, being able to work effectively as part of a team and be confident to put their ideas across. To have flexibility in their working hours and to cover for other coaches when needed. Experience in cardio tennis and disability tennis would be great and you will need your own transport.

Pay: £17.50-£30 per hour, dependant on qualification and experience, we offer both employment and self-employment options to suit your preferences
