Join our Coaching Programme
Our comprehensive coaching provides great opportunities for adults and juniors to learn and improve their tennis skills at all levels. The junior programme includes group development and performance sessions catering for juniors aiming to be the next top UK player and for those who just want to learn, improve and enjoy the game. Junior sessions are only open to members but non- members are welcome to come along and try a session for free.
Players will play and learn together in a safe and friendly environment, helping develop their tennis skills.
For adults, Cardio Tennis provides an active, fun session of tennis drills designed to increase fitness and playing skills. These currently run on Thursdays and Saturdays.
We run a 6-week Tennis Xpress programme on an ocasional basis depending on demand. This is aimed at beginners and returners to the game. If this is for you please contact our coach Kris on kris_wortham@hotmail.com. We also run evening coaching sessions for both improvers and more advanced players.
We aim to reintroduce walking tennis and disability tennis sessions to our programme soon.
