Come along this Saturday 6th December 1000 for our annual Tinsel and Tennis social

It's just a very relaxed end of year social, the day tends to run as below:

Arrive 10am ish for a warm up,

10:15-12:15 - George to organise some social mix in doubles, maybe some fun games thrown in as well, lots of tea, coffee, and snacks available as well,

12:15-1:00pm Wrap up the tennis, stay for a quick drink, chat and to finish up the food!

All adult players & yellow ball Juniors welcome to attend, no pressure to play all the time or play too competitively just a fun end to the year!

Hope to see as many of you there as possible, as ever the committee will be putting a lot of time and effort in to the organising so your support of these events is always really appreciated!

THE COURTS WILL BE CLOSED FOR CLEANING MONDAY FROM SUNDAY 2ND NOVEMBER TO WEDNESDAY 5TH NOVEMBER INCLUSIVE.

We will notify members if there is an earlier finish.

Beccles Tennis Club wants your BOOKS.

We have an aopportunity to sell any donated books in Tesco (Beccles) from wednesday 20th August 2025. All funds raised will go to the club's court resurfacing project.

Please bring any books you can spare to the clubhouse from TODAY (13th August) and put them in the labelled green crate. We will then replenish those available to buy in Tesco.

THANK YOU! (and tell your friends to bring us their old books &/or peruse the selection in Tesco)

Court 3 is available for the public to use between 9am and 6pm at a cost of £5 per hour. This can be booked through MITZ newsagents in Beccles at 3, Market Street or call 01502 713577

We welcome players of all abilities; come and join us and enjoy access to great social and competitive tennis. Our courts are available for personal use and we offer all-year-round play on floodlit courts. If you want to improve your game we can provide high-quality coaching, although this will be at an additional cost. As a member, you can bring non-members to play for a guest fee £3 per session.

At the moment we have 82 members including a flourishing junior section. We have three well-maintained floodlit hard courts which enable us to play all year round. We also have a small clubhouse with kitchen and toilet facilities.

We aim to offer something for everyone so there are regular social events, club sessions, and tournaments for members. We currently have teams in the Lowestoft and District Tennis Summer League and in the Norwich and District Winter League.

There is an extensive programme of coaching running at the club. This is for members and non-members and caters for all levels of juniors and adults.
