Kian Orchard
I started playing tennis at a junior level with Silloth Tennis Club, being coached by David Wise. I have volunteered for many years at STC which led me to go and earn my Level 1 Tennis qualification. I am currently embarking on my coaching journey by attending university, studying Sports Coaching and Physical Education. I have also taken up Pickleball at the club, a similar sport to tennis, one of the fastest-growing sports!
My philosophy as a coach is for my participants to have fun. I do this by creating an enjoyable environment, getting people to enjoy Tennis, whilst also developing their skill set.
