Leicestershire County Doubles League
The club enters a numbers of teams into the Leicestershire County Doubles League. To be able play in these matches, you have to be a fully paid member and hold a BTM number which is affiliated to Medbourne Tennis Club. The individual member has to affiliate their BTM No with the club through the LTA website. Any member interested in playing can contact the Team Captains for more information and how to affilaite the BTM No with the club and to express an interest in taking part. The teams are selected by the captains who work around the availability of the members to play; the Summer league matches run from April to July and take place on weekday evenings normally starting around 6.15pm. The matches are a mixture of home and away games and are always followed by a meal provided by the home team. The Winter doubles league runs in the Autumn and is generally played at weekends, again it is a mixture of home and away games.
