Your Club needs you!

Could you spare a couple of hours to help??

 

The GREAT BRITISH TENNIS WEEKEND is taking place at RLTC on Saturday 12th & Sunday 13th May, and we're looking for some cheerful and welcoming volunteers to help out on those two days.

 
There will be coached sessions for adults and youngsters and free access to our courts for non-members to play. It is our aim to increase club membership as a result of this event, in line with our agreement with the LTA linked to the floodlights loan. (For further information see the club website.)

PLEASE HELP IF YOU CAN. 

And if you are able to spare a couple of hours on one of those dates, please email Oliver Pimblett at oliver@thehospitalitybroker.com, or call Olly on 07761 693 955. In any case, do tell friends, family and work colleagues about the event… email them details, share the event on Facebook, and do what you can to get them along on the day. 

 

And we now have some EVENT POSTERS for the 'Great British Tennis Weekend' - you could put them up in your place of work, your local pub or cafe or in any other suitable local place where they can be displayed. Olly will leave some posters behind the bar at clubhouse - ask for some if you want to spread the word.... ITS A GREAT CHANCE TO ENCOURAGE MORE PEOPLE INTO OUR CLUB.
