Court Booking

Members can book courts for up to 2 hours up to 14 days in advance

Non Members can book courts on a 'Pay and Play' basis up tp 6 days in advance for a minimum of 1 hour.

Adult members - Access to courts and facilities

 

  • The member key code unlocks the Smart Padlock securing the court gate and the keybox to the right side of the Tennis Pavilion that contains a key for this pavilion. (The key code can be found on the members only keycode webpage) 
  • There is also a key hanging up for the Clubhouse, changing rooms and toilets.
  • Tennis balls are also provided for members' use, they can be found inside the Tennis Pavilion.
  • The floodlights can be turned on and off from inside the Tennis Pavilion
  • Please ensure that the tennis pavilion is locked, its key returned to the key box and the code scrambled if you are the last adult to leave the club.

'Pay and Play' and Junior / Child  members - access to courts only

 

  • All booking confirmation emails contain a one off code for the Smart Padlock that sucures the gate to the courts. This code will only open the Smart Padlock at the time of the booking and for the duration of the booking, 
  • We do not issue the Tennis Pavilion key box code to junior or child members as we do not wish the pavilion to be used by unescorted junior or child members (due to previous misuse)
