General

• Please book a court for all play other than Matches or Club Mornings/Evenings.

Adult members - Access to courts and facilities

• Courts may be booked by members for between 30 mins and 2 hours up to 14 days in advane
• If you are seeing £ or a padlock symbol on a booking slot it probably means you are not being recognised as a paid up member, try to log in again and make sure its your LTA login, 
• Adult members may use the key box on the left side of the entrance to the Tennis Pavilion in which there is a key to this pavilion. (This code is changed at the beginning of each season and more frequently when the committee feel the code has been leeked to non members)
• The code can be found on the member only access key code webpage 
• This code also opens the Smart Padlock Securing the gate to the courts
• There is also a key hanging up for the Clubhouse, toilets and changing rooms
• Ex match tennis balls are also provided for members' use inside the Tennis Pavilion.
• The floodlights can be turned on and off from inside the Tennis Pavilion
• Please ensure that the Tennis Pavilion is locked, its key returned to the key box and the code scrambled if you are the last adult to leave the club.

'Junior / Child  members - access to courts only

• All booking confirmation emails contain a onetime only code for the Smart Psdlock ecuring the gate to the court gate
• We do not issue the tennis pavilion key box code to junior or child members as we do not wish the pavilion to be used by unescorted junior or child members (due to previous abuse

'Pay and Play' for Non Members 

• 'Pay and Play' booking by non-members is up to 6 days in advance and for a minimum of 1 hour 
• Courts are only bookable by non-members for day time play (No Floodlights) 
• Courts can only be booked by non-members at times when a £2.00 is displayed in the 15 minute booking slots. 
• All booking confirmation emails contain a onetime only code for the Smart Padlock securing the gate to the court.. This code will only work for the duration of the booking. 
• The Clubhouse is often open to the public, but if it is not opem there are no toilet/changing facilities accessable for non-members. 
• Please ensure that court is locked when you leave the Club.
