Remember our 24 Hour Tennis marathon in the balmy days of summer?
Well, the final grand total we raised for Carer Support South Lakes is, wait for it, a stonking £2,380.01.
Around 60 Kendal club members kept the ball in play for a full 24 hours. Highlights included an excellent and very entertaining junior/parent doubles competition, mixed doubles by moonlight, pickleball, BBQ, fastest serve competition, Spot the Ball, a terrific raffle and a well attended social tournament on the Sunday.
