Safeguarding

Kendal Lawn Tennis Club is committed to prioritising the wellbeing of all players, both children and adults, and promoting safeguarding in our club at all times. Our safeguarding policy is displayed on the noticeboard in the club house and is available to download here.  Kendal Lawn Tennis Club Safeguarding Policy. We aim to minimise risk, deliver a positive tennis experience for all players and to respond appropriately and promptly to all safeguarding concerns.

We believe safeguarding is the responsibility of everybody who participates at the club including club members, coaches, committee members, volunteers and parents.

Advice, guidance and support is available from our Club Welfare Officers and the LTA at county or national level.

Any concerns about safeguarding, however small, should be reported to the Club Safeguarding Officer in person, by phone or email. They will be treated with confidence and with no judgement of the person raising the concern.
