Both of our Ladies teams were in fine form when when Kendal Ladies A took on Kendal Ladies B for the second time this season.
The A team won and has now beaten the B team 8-0 on both of the occasions the teams have been drawn against each other in the Kendal and District Tennis League - But, hey, they wouldn't be the 'A' team otherwise! There were, however, some extremely close games, marathon rallies and a very good overall standard of tennis. As of the beginning of June our Ladies A team is currently leading the League's Ladies division.
We have around 15 women who are playing in our Ladies and Mixed teams this year and several more who are almost up to match standard too which is really positive.
