Singles Ladder
Join the West Cumbria Singles Ladder to play Singles with players from Lorton and other clubs.
How Does it Work
The Singles box league provides enjoyable, regular, competitive singles matches for any club player in the West Cumbria area.
It's every players job to contact each other in your box to arrange a singles match. This will be played at a mutually convenient time and court that you will arrange together. Players enter their results online.
Scoring
To be agreed by both before the start of the match. The advice would be best of 3 sets. You could play 2 sets to 6, tie break at 6 all and 3rd set match tie break (tie break to 10) or a full 3rd set if you have lots of time and energy! If you need the match to be shorter you could play Fast4 scoring which is 2 sets to 4 games with a tie break at 3 all, 3rd set match tie break. The main point is to play a match that fits in with both of you and that you both agree on.
