Welcome to the Somerset County Association Website where you will be able to find out all relevant information regarding tennis in the county.  Our Mission is to grow  tennis by making it relevant, accessible, welcoming and enjoyable, so whether you are a seasoned player or someone new to the sport we trust you find this website useful and informative.   If you are unable to find the information you require or if you wish to find out more or speak with someone on the Council then please do not hesistate  to get in touch using the details on the Contact Us page.

We would also like to hear from your clubs and coaches about initiatives or events taking place so that we can highlight them to the wider tennis community.  Good communication between everyone involved in tennis in the county is vital to sustain the sport, so we encouage you all to get in touch and demonstrate how you are making a difference to people's lives through their participation in tennis.

Clubspark

Somerset LTA is delighted to use Clubspark as the host for this website as  the template is user friendly, is free to clubs and county associations, and is backed up by an online helpdesk throughout the working day.  Clubs that utilise Clubspark can be accessed through the link at the top of this page entitled Somerset Venues.  For a list of other venues in the county please refer to the Contact Us page.  Clubspark has been working closely with the LTA for the past 9 years and in addition to websites has developed bespoke digital capabilities  to meet the needs of the tennis community, ranging from membership databases, online court bookings and the mamangement of coaching programmes.   The capabilities continue to evolve and it is recommended that clubs review what Clubspark has to offer to meet their needs in the first instance before considering alternative and often much more expensive alternatives. 

The Clubspark helpdesk is very responsive and eager to help clubs.  In addition it has produced a number of online tutorials and FAQs that guide users through the process of setting up these capabilities.
