Somerset Tennis are pleased to invite you to the subsidised spring Coach Network Event.  This will be held at Millfield Prep Pavilion (BA6 8LD).

We are delighted to be welcoming Suzanne Williams, of FIT4Coaching, to the county to deliver an on-court Strength & Conditioning CPD session entitled “Never Waste a Warm-Up”.

Suzanne is an LTA Level 5 Performance tennis coach, a UKSCA accredited S&C Coach, she has a BSc (Hons) in Sport Science and is an LTA Coach Developer.  She was Emma Raducanu’s original S&C coach from 7-11yrs.

The session will include a mixture of theory and practical work where you will not only learn the sport science behind optimal preparation but also have a go at the exercises for each phase.

Venue: Millfield Prep School Pavilion, Edgarley Hall, Glastonbury, Somerset, BA6 8LD. As you enter the school please drive straight down the hill and turn left at the roundabout at the bottom into the car park. The Pavilion can be seen up to your right, past the Tennis courts.

 Outline of the morning

• 8.30am- Arrival from 8.30am for coffee/tea and informal networking
• 9:00am - On court session with Suzanne Williams “Never Waste a Warm-Up”.
• 12:00 noon – You are welcome to stay on for Informal networking.
