Annual General Meeting: 13th March 2026 at 3.15pm

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of Somerset Lawn Tennis Association (SLTA) will take place at the Tennis Pavilion at Blackbrook Leisure Centre to transact the following business:

1.  Receive Reports on the activities of the SLTA for year to 30 September 2025
2. To consider, approve and adopt the accounts for the year to 30 September 2025
3. To elect / re-elect officers and committee members of the SLTA

Anyone interested in standing as either an officer or as a committee member or has any items for the agenda must notify the County Administrator, Michele Philipson countyadmin@somersetlta.co.uk by Friday 20th February 2026.

Extraordinary General Meeting: 13th March 2026 at 4.00pm

Notice is hereby given that the Extraordinary General Meeting of Somerset Lawn Tennis Association (SLTA) will take place at the Tennis Pavilion at Blackbrook Leisure Centre to transact the following business:

1. To consider, approve and adopt the Articles of Association of Somerset Lawn Tennis Association Limited, a Company Limited by Guarantee, such Articles to take effect immediately
2. Under Rule 20 of the existing SLTA Rules to dissolve SLTA and transfer its assets and liabilities and ongoing operations to Somerset Lawn Tennis Association Limited
