All venues hosting a Play Your Way to Wimbledon competition must be LTA registered venues (clubs, parks & schools).

All Play Your Way to Wimbledon venue stage events will now be housed on the LTA Competition Management System (CMS).

This will allow for a more streamlined process for you, for players and ensure integrity across all events. It will also make it easier for you to check a player’s ITF World Tennis Number, track sign-ups and deliver your event.

Details

• Venues can run singles and/or doubles events for boys, girls, men, women or all.
• All events run by venues must be open to all eligible players.
• Organisers can choose a format relevant to their venue, however, we recommend delivering the event over half or one day using a quicker format, such as Fast4.
• Player entry will be on a first come first served basis.
• All venue stage events will be Grade 6 if ‘Open to anyone’ and Grade 7 if ‘Members only.'
• Venue events must take place between 2 March – 24 May 2026.
• Venues must publish or enter the event by 1 February 2026 and will receive a venue pack w/c 23 February 2026.

New for 2026:

From 1 January 2026, everyone delivering Play Your Way to Wimbledon will need to have either an LTA Official Licence or LTA Coach Accreditation.
