Adult Coaching Courses
Adult Coaching Groups resume as follows:
Adult Team Standard Squad: Every Tuesday at 10am for 90 minutes. This is always a lot of fun with really nice people. The cost is £10 for members, £13 non-members,, pay on the day, and runs every week apart from of school holidays. Be in touch with any questions.
Adult Improvers Squad: Every Friday at 7pm for one hour. This is (also) always a lot of fun with (also) really nice people. The cost is £7, pay on the day for members, £10 for non members, and runs every week apart from school holidays. Be in touch with any questions.
Adult Cardio Tennis Sessions. This is a new squad every Thursday at 7pm lasting one hour. It should be perfect for anyone wishing to get fit after lockdown and maybe shed a few pounds. Cardio sessions will be pay on the day, £7 members, £10 non-members.
Adult Coaching Groups Groups run weekly and are pay on the day. They don't take place during school holidays.
