Membership Benefits

There are many benefits to becoming a member of Newmarket Tennis Club including:

• Three competition-standard synthetic clay courts and four top quality macadam courts, five of which are floodlit, for all year round play;
• Three of the macadam courts covered during the winter for indoor play in all weathers;
• Competitive tennis via club competitions and the opportunity to represent the club in the local leagues (both adult and juniors);
• Easy online booking of courts via this website;
• Regular club social tennis sessions;
• Use of our large clubhouse including licensed bar, lounge area with TV, fully equipped kitchen, with organised social occasions.

Our Full Annual membership runs from May 1st to April 30th. We also offer winter-only memberships for seven months between October 1 and April 30, whereby you can choose either a Winter Bubble membership which allows you to play either outside or inside (i.e in the Bubble in all weathers), or an Outside Only membership at lower cost. We also offer Family, Senior, Student and Junior plans.

To become a member please select one of the membership options below. You can now pay online - both credit and debit cards are accepted. Current members may also renew online in the same way when their renewal notice comes through. Note: The Lawn Tennis Association encourages all club members to join the British Tennis Membership. This is currently a free membership and you will automatically be issued with a BT Membership number. Benefits of membership include: a rating to track your tennis online, exclusive information from top players and coaches to help improve your game and discounts and offers on tickets to watch the professionals play live.  For further details of how to apply please visit lta.org.uk

Members' Guests

Members are welcome to invite guests along to play during a court session booked by them. A club member may invite any number of different guests to play but each individual guest may visit a maximum total of 4 times per year irrespective of which member invites them, as we hope that frequent visitors will choose to become club members instead. The guest fee will be £12 per person per day. This will permit the guest to make use of all club facilities during that day only, including the bar (when open) and access to the courts as many times as he or she wishes either outdoors or inside in the Bubble. Club Sessions

• Tuesday:  Club night 6pm to 10pm
• Sunday:  Club morning. 9 am to 11.30am
• Monday, Wednesday and Friday afternoons:  Social tennis mix-in.  1 pm to 3pm
