Adult Coaching
Adult Coaching Groups are as follows:
Adult Squad: Every Tuesday at 10am for 90 minutes. This is always a lot of fun with really nice people. The cost is £10 for members, £13 non-members, pay on the day, and runs every week apart from school holidays.
Adult Improvers Squad: Every Friday at 7pm for one hour. This is (also) always a lot of fun with (also) really nice people. The cost is £8, pay on the day for members, £11 for non members, and runs every week apart from school holidays. Please note this is an intermediate level group. If any queries regarding this please get in touch with Kris head coach.
Adult Coaching Groups Groups run weekly and are pay on the day. They don't take place during school holidays.
