The Terms and Conditions of Club Membership may be dowloaded here
- By joining or renewing membership of the club you are agreeing to abide by the club rules that are on display at the club and available to all Members via the club website. You are also agreeing to abide by the LTA rules and the LTA code of conduct
- The Club will provide Adult members with a code which opens the lock to the courts and the pavilion. Members agree not to share the code with juniors or non members.
- The club will provide access to the courts for Junior members booking a court, whereupon the booking system will provide a one-time code to unlock the courts for the duration of their booking.
- The club will provide ex-match balls for the use of adult members, these are a kept inside the pavilion
- The club will provide floodlighting which can be turned on inside the pavilion. Floodlit play is permitted until 21:30, interclub league matches may continue to use floodlights beyond 21:30 but the lights should be turned off as soon as play finishes
- Members commit to ensure that on completion of play the floodlights are turned off, the balls are returned to the pavilion, which is locked along with the gate to the courts.
- The club provides members use of the Sports Club Clubhouse changing and toilet facilities, A key to permit access to the Clubhouse changing rooms and toilets is kept hanging up inside the pavilion. Members commit to ensure that the Clubhouse facilities are locked after use.
- The club will provide a court booking system which can be used by members to reserve a court for general play up to 2 weeks in advance when they are not booked for matches, coaching or social sessions.
- Members will automatically become members of Framlingham Sports Club
- Members have the opportunity to Join LTA advantage as a result of joining the club, which will afford them the opportunity to take part in the LTA advantage ballot for Wimbledon tickets.
- All members must ensure their Profile is updated with their emergency contact details, and their communication consents, which include email and WhatsApp preferences, and media use consent.
- The parent of any junior partaking in coaching or supervised activities at the club must inform the supervisor of that activity of any medical condition which may be relevant
- Adult members opting in to the Clubs WhatsApp Community, will be added to the community from which they can request to join those groups which interest them (social tennis, teams etc.).
