League Tennis Summer 2025

We had seven teams playing in the Kendal and District League over the summer of 2025. 

It was a packed season with lots of members playing across all teams. No teams were promoted - but no teams demoted either! And we've enjoyed some great tennis and excellent sociable evenings, which is what it's all about. Thanks to all players and especially the captains. The final positions were:

• Mixed A - 2nd in Mixed Division 1 - Capt James Wright
• Mixed B - 4th in Mixed Divsion 1 - Capt Di Reddin
• Mixed C - 3rd in Mixed 2 Division - Capt Caz Graham
• Mens A - 5th in Mens Division 1 - Capt Graeme Blair
• Mens B - 5th in Mens Division 2 - Capt Dave Parry
• Womens A - a close 2nd in the Womens division - Capt Erica Fereirra
• Womens B - 3rd in the Womens division - Capt Martha Shields

Club Championships 2025

Many congratulations to this year's winner and runners up. There were some really close matches, hard fought to the end. A special shout-out to Issy, walking off with no fewer than 3 bits of silverware, well played that woman! Many thanks to Erica for organising.
