Morpeth Tennis Club's third annual End of Season Social is to take place on Friday 18th October 2024 from 7pm to 11pm at the Morpeth Cricket, Hockey and Tennis Club clubhouse.

As well as being a great chance for members to socialise, the event serves as a fundraiser to help us to put our plans for LED floodlights and an automated gate access system into action.

The evening is in honour of Bill Dunn, much loved member of the club, who died in August, and who supported the club in many way, no least by always attending the End of Season Social and bringing with him a wide circle of family members and friends.

As well as the customary awards to those who won events at the Club Championships, there will be a two-course dinner and various light entertainment offerings.  The meal will consist of marinated roasted chicken breast, honey-glazed carrot, pan haggerty, wild mushrooms and tarragon sauce, followed by sticky toffee pudding with toffee sauce.  There will also be a vegetarian option for the main course
