About Tennis Growth Partnership
The Team members of the Tennis Growth Partnership (TGP) are Ben Thompson, Ben Smith and Emily Stebbings who formed TGP after the success story of the Tennis Grand Prix and it's development over the past 5 years, in that time winning LTA National Competition of the Year.
In late 2022, their team ethic and a desire to redefine what tennis within our county could look like, resulted in designing a concept and vision for county tennis, this was in conjunction with collaborator Chris Daynes.
The new structure runs on TGP's tower based approach to create a wider breadth and depth of competitor at various tier's ensuring maximum effect takes place across the county with a revised culture in making tennis better for all involved in county tennis, whether a player, parent or coach.
