Padel is growing quickly in the UK, currently there are more than 1000 courts, with many more in the pipeline. In Suffolk we now have more than ten courts with others in the planning and project phase.

Coaching and Activities
Coaching is available at most of the venues listed above, please contact them to find out more. In addition, these venues will run a range of sessions including, tasters/introductions to padel, beginner, intermediate and advanced sessions – all designed to help you find the right level to start out and put you on the path to a long and enjoyable relationship with the game.
Many of them also run social events and Americano competitions, all designed to help people get involved in the game, improve their level, and importantly, to meet likeminded padel enthusiasts. It is a hugely welcoming community, and we encourage you to reach out to each venue to find out more.
Padel Ambassador
The LTA has appointed padel ambassadors in each county. Padel ambassadors are responsible for supporting clubs and competition within the county and can also help support those interested in getting involved either as a player, or as a club operator. They are a good starting point as they have relationships with the clubs, team captains, and overall have a good understanding of the local padel scene, and to some degree, the broader padel community across the UK.
Suffolk Padel's Ambassador is Adrian Meredith. Adrian is a keen padel player, representing the county, as well as being a Level Two LTA Certified Padel Coach.

Currently teams are set in age groups
- Open age
- 40+
- 50+
- 60+
County teams are organised by
- Men - Team Captain
- Ladies - Team Captain

Each age group has a nominated captain
Teams will be a minimum of 4 players and maximum of 6
Practice sessions and trials are organised to determine selection
